Create an event

Start by filling in the form with all the information about the event, and setting up the ticket types, prices, and the number of tickets available. Your events will appear automatically in your pages.

Manage your events

From the dashboard, check up on your events, and the totals and percentage sold. Click through from here to look at the details, and to edit the events. Every time you save, your page updates automatically.

QR code receipts

When purchase is complete, your customer is emailed a PDF receipt with full details and a QR code. If they scan this code it will take them to the page where they made the purchase. If you login and scan the code, this will automatically display all their details to you.

Door check-in

Your customers can show you their ticket at the door, either saved on their phone, or printed out, and the rest is up to you. To check the ticket is valid, scan the code to see the details. You can choose to check people in so you know which tickets have been used already.

Multiple ticket types

Set up to 4 ticket types per event.

For example, adult/child, with dining/without dining, or with signed book/without signed book.

It's entirely under your control.

Name your ticket types, set the prices and the numbers available.

Your customers can purchase up to 10 of each ticket type per transaction.

Named tickets

Sometimes you want to know the names of the attendees, so you can choose to require names and contact information for all. So if 3 tickets are being purchased, 3 names and details will be required.

With named tickets it's not always the case that the customer is an attendee, so the name on the transaction remains seperate, and we've made it easy for the customer to copy themselves to the atendee list at the click of a button.

As well as setting up free options to paid tickets, you can set up entirely free tickets.
